With the help of B2R’s sound engineer, the students will record the song in our professional recording studio! At the end of the field trip every student will receive a CD of their recording. Students will learn to play in a group setting, read music, follow a conductor, and perform live on the RnRHS auditorium stage! Two class times are being offered, Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 and 5:00-6:00. The orchestra will practice and perform selections from classical repertoire to today’s popular music! Arrangements will be customized to encompass all skill levels, giving each student an opportunity to play manageable yet challenging music.
